Dear Luna & Soul. Firstly, I love love this item and bought another. The thing is, the first one I dropped to my horror and emailed you and we pleasantly exchanged emails and you ensured you would put better protection around the second one I was ordering.
Well, even with one layer of bubble wrap with the second one, there was faint crack lines on the bowl! Please take notice of me letting you know to please put more wrapping on these selenite bowls. Now I sort of understand why when I dropped the first one it cracked so easily.
This is positive feedback for you. I dont need to send a picture of the bowl as it is what it is, why would I lie 🙏. For this reason I wont be buying anymore bowls. It is up to you if you wish to take notice of what I am sharing with you, as to say no one else has had this issue makes no difference. This is what happened with me and I recommend you put more than one layer of bubble plastic or more protection with these delicate bowls.
